Bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, which is non refundable.

If the afternoon tea is cancelled less than 24 hours before the reservation, it is non transferable to a different date.
Afternoon Tea vouchers are valid for three months and the above cancellation policy applies.
Vouchers can not be used on certain dates: i.e. Mother's Day Afternoon Tea, Easter Afternoon Tea & other certain events
